Certain maintainance actions may require system down-time. A service window has been defined for the second Saturday of each month between 9:00 and 13:00 CET. During this time window Fläkt Woods reserves the right to take the servers off-line without further notice.

In emergency cases only and in order to preserve/protect system integrity, Fläkt Woods may take the ExSelAir systems off-line outside the service window. Where possible, all such down-time will be advertised in advance and planned at a time of day when the service is least frequently used.
