Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Installation
If you experience problems with the installation of Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 you may try to download and install it manually from Microsoft's website.

Firefox
When using Firefox you must download the ClickOnce plugin in order to run the application. Once installed you should get the dialog shown below when starting the program. Press the "Run ClickOnce Application" to start the program.

ExSelAir startup problems
If you have problems with getting ExSelAir to start, you can try removing the old program files by following the instruction below.

Language problem - Internet Explorer 9
If you have Internet Explorer 9 and are having trouble getting the chosen language you will need to set Internet Explorer to compatibility mode.
To activate Compatibility view for the current tab first press the Alt-key on the keyboard to make the menu appear. Then open the Tools menu and click "Compatibility View".

Changing this also removes the extra dialog that otherwise appear in Internet Explorer 9 when starting a ClickOnce application.
